C-13 Travel Exception Request for Attorney Conference

Issue/Rationale

Legal issues in the education of students with disabilities require that our school board attorney be aware of the latest interruption of State and Federal laws governing services for handicapped students. The School Attorneys conference provides best option to gain this information.

Recommended Action

Approve travel exception request as submitted.

Financial Impact

$1,600.00 funded through the IDEA grant.
